The General cooperation agreement on development of the monotown of Naberezhnye Chelny is signed

On July 15, 2015 General cooperation agreement on development of the monotown of Naberezhnye Chelny between Fund of development of monotowns and the Republic of Tatarstan the is signed. The signatures under the document were put by the acting president of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the CEO of non-profit organization Fund of Development of Monotowns Sergey Karpov.

In the State committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on tourism they discussed Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2030

On July 16, 2015 in the State committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on tourism the meeting of Public council at committee took place. Within the meeting the question "About Strategy of Social and Economic Development of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2030" was discussed

The report on Strategy of Tatarstan till 2030 was made by Leysan Gataullina – the head of department of indicative management of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan. In the report she briefly told about basic provisions of Strategy, including about 13 design platforms created within ensuring process of its development and discussion which heads were heads of the ministries and departments.

In Russia requirements to public purchases are toughened

In Russia toughened requirements to government procurements. The relevant amendments are established by the Federal law of the Russian Federation of July 13, 2015 N 265-FZ.

To support domestic producers, to stimulate import substitution in our country and also for deoffshorization of domestic economy, it was decided to forbid government purchases in an offshores. According to amendments, the commission on implementation of purchases will have to check whether the supplier of goods and services for state needs the offshore company is.

It will be more recipients of privileges for small and medium business

More businessmen will be able to apply for state support of small and medium business.

The prime minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev signed the resolution providing increase twice in standards of limit values of revenue for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs according to wich they can be carried to small and medium business. According to the document, the maximum revenue for definition of the microenterprise is increased to 120 million rubles, small enterprise — to 800 million rubles, medium-sized company — to 2 billion rubles a year.

Additional conditions for participation of domestic producers in purchases are approved

The president of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin signed the Federal law "About modification of the Federal law "About purchases of goods, works, services by some types of legal entities" and article 112 of the Federal law "About contract system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs".

The signed document makes changes to the Federal law "About purchases of goods, works, services by some types of legal entities", directed on creation of the mechanism of coordination of purchases of production of mechanical engineering necessary for implementation of investment projects.

In Tatarstan it is suggested to create the federal program of "rearmament" of SMB

Yesterday in Innopolis the All-Russian forum of small and medium business "Tatarstan a support for business" was opened. It brought together more than 1000 businessmen from Tatarstan and other regions of Russia. Action was opened by the acting the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the director of the department of small and average business and the competition of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Natalya Larionova, the president of "the Support of Russia" Alexander Kalinin and the first deputy chairman of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation Alexander Tulin. Business migration became a subject of panel discussion at opening of a forum: speakers together with businessmen discussed what factors influence the decision of representatives of business on moving to other region. As organizers of a forum the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan and "the Support of Russia" acted.

Today in Naberezhnye Chelny opening of the Center of prototyping and introduction of a domestic robotics took place

Today in Industrial park "Chelny" the ceremonial opening of the Center of prototyping and introduction of a domestic robotics took place.

The Director of the department of development of small and average business of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Natalya Larionova, the Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov, the executive director of AIRR Slava Hodko, the head of Executive committee Naberezhnye Chelny Nail Magdeev participated in a ceremony.

Today in Innopolis the I All-Russian forum of small and medium business "Tatarstan - a support for business" is opened

On July 15, at All-Russia forum of small and medium-size enterprises "Tatarstan-the support for business" at A.S.Popov technopark (Innopolis), Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that it is important to create and implement real mechanisms of supporting small and medium-size enterprises today.

Before beginning of the forum, Rustam Minnikhanov discussed prospects of cooperation with the First Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank of Russia Dmitry Tulin, and looked around the exhibition of Tatarstan companies supporting small and medium-size enterprises.

Minnikhanov welcomed participants of the event and thanked All-Russia public organization “Opora Rossii” for holding the forum in Innopolis. He noted that there are 140, 000 small and medium-size enterprises in Tatarstan, with 480, 000 people working there.

Minnikhanov stressed that the priority task is to sustain regional economy, and in spite of the crisis all measures to support small and medium-size enterprises have been maintained.

According to the rating presented by Russian Ministry of economic development, Tatarstan is one of the most favourable and investment-attractive Russian regions for doing business.

The "Four Expenses" system was presented to the president of Sberbank of the Russian Federation German Gref

On July 14, 2015 in Innopolis within opening of the IV international educational forum "Summer Campus of Presidential Academy" the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan together with Agency on the State Order, Investment Activity and Interregional Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan presented to the acting President and the Chairman of the board of Sberbank of Russia German Gref system of authorization of expenses "Four expenses". The system is aimed at providing disclosure of information on transactions and transparency of all payments of the unitary enterprises, enterprises with shares of the state in authorized capital, other enterprises of the republic.

"Supervising vacation" for small business is established

The president of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin signed the law forbidding planned inspections of small business for three years.

The moratorium is established from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2018.

During this period planned inspections of small business are forbidden. "Supervising vacation" will promote formation of favorable conditions for development of small business.
