"Supervising vacation" for small business is established

The president of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin signed the law forbidding planned inspections of small business for three years.
The moratorium is established from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2018.
During this period planned inspections of small business are forbidden. "Supervising vacation" will promote formation of favorable conditions for development of small business. The law doesn't extend on the types of state supervision connected with the increased danger to life and human health, environment and other values protected by the law.
Also the moratorium doesn't extend on persons who allowed gross violations of the legislation in a concrete field of activity within three years.
As part of the program, the Minister visited the Arsky Industrial Park, where he got acquainted with the current activities and long-term plans of the residents. During the inspection of the production facilities, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held a substantive discussion with the heads of enterprises on capacity expansion and improving the efficiency of using the existing infrastructure.
Applications for the Start-Digital Technologies-1 competition (turn 2) are being accepted on the website of the Innovation Promotion Foundation until February 24. Individuals and legal entities, small business entities, can participate in it.
Rustem Mukhamedshin, Director of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in a large–scale event - the strategic session of the Association of Small and Medium-sized Businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan, which took place on January 30, 2026 in Kazan at the Entrepreneur's House.
