On July 14, in Innopolis near Kazan, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Chairman of the Executive Board of Sberbank Herman Gref signed two agreements between Tatarstan and Sberbank.

The first agreement on cooperation in the field of Islamic finance envisages considering and making proposals for the development of the Islamic financing in the republic.

"We are making the first steps in terms of using the Islamic banking. Not only Islamic, but also a lot of European countries are using these mechanisms. Given the fact that there are some difficulties in foreign financial markets, it is a good tool. Together, our republic, which has good contacts with the Islamic world, and the Sberbank as a powerful banking structure, we could do a lot for the whole country," Minnikhanov said.

The second agreement - "Cashless Tatarstan" - envisages the implementation of a set of measures aimed at the development of non-cash operations in all areas in the republic. The document includes a project for issuing the Card of the resident of the republic, fulfilling the Cashless City concept in several cities of Tatarstan, and infrastructure projects related to arranging non-cash payments in retail and service enterprises.

From July 6 to July 10, 2015 6 businessmen of the Tomsk region had training at the enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan. The organization of training within implementation of the State plan of preparation of administrative shots for the organizations of a national economy of the Russian Federation was assumed by the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan and Association of graduates of the Presidential program of preparation of administrative shots of the Republic of Tatarstan.

It is already the fifth visit of Tomsk businessmen to Kazan under patronage of Fund of development of small and average business of the Tomsk region. In a week to trainees according to their interests meetings in 34 enterprises, visits of IT park and Innopolis were organized. Besides trainees participated in an administrative seminar "Shots for small business".

Today in Innopolis the IV international educational forum "Summer Campus of Presidential Academy" is opened. The acting president of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the president – the chairman of the board of Sberbank of Russia German Gref, the Minister of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation Nikolai Nikiforov took part in the opening ceremony.

"For us a great honor to accept the Summer campus of Presidential academy for the fourth time. Especially as this year special when we start the project Innopolis. It is a serious platform, we have serious plans, - the acting the President of RT Rustam Minnikhanov noted. - Soon we have to create powerful IT center of federal level here. For this purpose there are all conditions, there are no such clever and advanced young people. Therefore – welcome!".

On July 13, 2015 visit to Kazan of design group JSC Sberbank of Russia for discussion of questions of development of Islamic financing in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan took place.

Within the business program design group JSC Sberbank of Russia together with representatives of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan held negotiations with the BANK and "Fund of development of Islamic business and finance"  JSC TFB Holding, JSC Svyazyinvestneftekhim, JSC AK BARS.

Discussion of the draft agreement between JSC Sberbank of Russia and the Republic of Tatarstan of the effective cooperation of the parties directed on the organization in creation of instruments of Islamic financing in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan became a subject of the specified meetings.

On July 15, 2015 at 15.30 in Industrial park "Chelny" on the address Naberezhnye Chelny, the Menzelinsky path, 96 (highway M7 "Volga") the ceremonial opening of the Center of prototyping and introduction of a domestic robotics will take place.

The Director of the department of development of small and average business of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Natalya Larionova, the Prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Halikov, the Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov, the executive director of AIRR Slava Hodko, the head of Executive committee Naberezhnye Chelny Nail Magdeev will participate in a ceremony.

The project's purpose is to realize the industrial prototyping of the robotized complexes and innovative production of small and medium-sized enterprises.

On board offers of KFU on educational programs for the participating enterprises of the Kamsky innovative territorial and production cluster, and also the proposal of subjects of small and average business of IT industry on implementation of projects, perspective for a cluster, were considered and discussed. 

The prime minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev signed the resolution on modification of Rules of the organization of activity of the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services.

According to the Decree of the President of Russia No. 601 "About the main directions of improvement of system of public administration" and with Rules of the organization of activity of MFC the waiting time in turn when providing the state and municipal services shouldn't exceed 15 minutes.

On July 10, 2015 at the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting of the Interdepartmental working group on formation of forecasts of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan in which representatives of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, the ministries, tax authorities, the Center of economic and social researches of the Republic of Tatarstan at the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan, executive committee of Kazan took place.

The Russian venture company and Association of innovative regions of Russia in partnership with the auditor and consulting PwC network invite the republican companies to participation in an annual national rating of the Russian hi-tech high-growth companies "TecSuccess — 2015".

The rating's purpose is to identify the perspective technological companies possessing the high potential of growth for assistance to their involvement in formation of the modern technological agenda and to participation in programs of support.

Participation in a rating charge-free. Selection of the companies for formation of a rating takes place in two stages. At the first stage of the company fill in the questionnaire for determination of compliance to primary criteria. At the second stage to the companies wich satisfy criteria it is offered to answer additional questions on the basis of which the assessment of their innovative activity is carried out.

Organizers of a rating provide preservation of confidentiality of the provided data and use them only for formation of a rating and calculation of the generalizing characteristics of its participants.
