Artyom Zdunov at the request of the acting president of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov participated on July 8, 2015 in the  meeting of the working group of the Commission at the President of the Russian Federation on monitoring of achievement of the target indicators of social and economic development of the Russian Federation determined by the President of the Russian Federation.

At a meeting the course of performance of the orders of the President of the Russian Federation provided by decrees of the President of the Russian Federation of May 7, 2012 No. 596-606 according to established periods of submission of reports was discussed. 

The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan together with SUE Agency by the State Order, Investment Activity and Interregional Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan continues holding the training seminars.

Classes are given every Wednesday (223agzrt.ru and etp.zakazrf.ru) and Thursday ("The electronic catalog of production", ETIS RT) at 11 o'clock in the assembly hall of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The second module of the program which passed from July 6 to July 8 was devoted to investment planning. The principles and opportunities for forming of partnership with investors, and also key financial instruments in attraction of investments were considered.

Within the project work of groups carried out a specification of projects's themes and statement of the internal and external purposes.

Yesterday in the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan the turnkey contract between acting chief of FSI "Corrective Labour Colony No. 19 of Office of the Federal Penitentiary Service across the Republic of Tatarstan" Almaz Tazeev and director of the company of RUSKO Ruslan Zaripov was signed.

In the territory of corrective labor colony No. 19 on the area of 500 sq.m the businessman will place production a sip-panels for construction. On production it is planned to occupy 20 people who will work in 2 changes. Design capacity makes 1500 sq.m of sip-panels a month.

Today second series of urbanistic conferences "Cities and territories tomorrow: the tools of positive changes" passes in Kazan, on a platform of "Korston" hotel complex .

This year similar actions already took place in Khabarovsk and Samara. After Kazan similar forums will take place in Novosibirsk and in St. Petersburg. The Moscow international urbanistic forum which will be organized in the fall of this year will finish a series of conferences.

The acting president of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, heads of other cities of the republic, representatives of bodies of legislative and executive power, business community, the leading Russian and international experts in the field of urbanistics, town planning, economy and sociology took part in today's action.

Within conference plenary session "Water in the modern city" took place. As the moderator of a meeting the rector of the Moscow school of management "Skolkovo" Andrey Sharonov acted. 

Deputies of the State Duma in the third reading approved the draft of the federal law "About modification of the Federal law "About purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities" regarding creation of the mechanism of coordination of activity of the companies with the state participation and other Russian legal entities on implementation of purchases of the import equipment abroad, within implementation of large investment projects, and also investment projects to which there are measures of the state support given".

The document provides that state companies within implementation of large investment projects which cost exceeds 10 billion rubles, or investment projects to which there are state support measures, have to be guided by purchase of a domestic production of mechanical engineering more.

The action organized by MSTU of Bauman with assistance of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan is directed on promoting and development of engineering professions among youth.

Within work of School carrying out thematic panel sessions in K(V)FU, visit of the youth BRICS Summit, the engineering center "KAI Laser", OEZ "Alabuga, JSC Kamaz and KIP "Master" is planned.

Within the official opening of school which took place in the main building of K(V)FU with welcome speech the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Bulat Haziakhmetov and the head of Summer school of engineering business of KLIPPER 2015 Andrey Kuzmichev acted.

On July 6, 2015 visit to the Republic of Tatarstan of the first deputy chief of staff of the Government of the Russian Federation, the Chairman of the Supervisory board of Fund of Development of Monotowns Maxim Akimov took place. During visit to Naberezhnye Chelny investment projects on which it is planned to get the state support through Fund of development of monotowns, including KIP "Master" and industrial park "Chelny" were presented to Maxim Akimov. Then at JSC KAMAZ the meeting on discussion of possible measures of the state support of the examined investment projects for diversification of economy of Naberezhnye Chelny took place. 

There were changes of requirements to work of public councils under federal authorities. The government commission on coordination of activity of the open government by the protocol from June 24, 2015 No. 3 approved the Standard of activity of public councils under federal executive authorities.

Deputies of the State Duma in the third reading approved the draft of the federal law No. 694962-6 "About modification of the Federal law "About contract system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs".

This bill is developed in pursuance of an order of the Russian President of December 27, 2013. Proposed measures will allow to stimulate deoffshorization of domestic economy, including regarding ensuring transparency of financial flows.

According to changes, the ban is imposed on participation in purchases of the companies which are in offshore jurisdiction according to the list of the offshore zones, which now is in use for the taxation and is approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.
