Additional conditions for participation of domestic producers in purchases are approved

The president of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin signed the Federal law "About modification of the Federal law "About purchases of goods, works, services by some types of legal entities" and article 112 of the Federal law "About contract system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs".

The signed document makes changes to the Federal law "About purchases of goods, works, services by some types of legal entities", directed on creation of the mechanism of coordination of purchases of production of mechanical engineering necessary for implementation of investment projects.

The law provides that state companies within implementation of large investment projects which cost exceeds 10 billion rubles, or investment projects to which state support measures is granted, have to be guided more for purchase of a domestic mechanical engineering production.
