The "Four Expenses" system was presented to the president of Sberbank of the Russian Federation German Gref

On July 14, 2015 in Innopolis within opening of the IV international educational forum "Summer Campus of Presidential Academy" the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan together with Agency on the State Order, Investment Activity and Interregional Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan presented to the acting President and the Chairman of the board of Sberbank of Russia German Gref system of authorization of expenses "Four expenses". The system is aimed at providing disclosure of information on transactions and transparency of all payments of the unitary enterprises, enterprises with shares of the state in authorized capital, other enterprises of the republic.

Introduction of this system will allow to take in due time response measures in case of intention of the organizations to carry out the actions directed on concealment of the income, fictitious increase in expenses, and also illegal actions. The system provides the corresponding informing in real time all the interested organizations about the paid sums and recipients of means.

At a meeting there were  acting President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov, the First Deputy Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan – the director of the department of development of business Rustem Sibgatullin, the CEO of Agency on the State Order, Investment Activity and Interregional Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan Yakov Geller.
