From July 29 to September 1, 2015 in the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan competition of socially oriented non-profit organizations in the Republic of Tatarstan on the right of receiving subsidies from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan is announced .

Competition is held according to a granting Order on a competitive basis of subsidies from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan to the socially oriented non-profit organizations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 29.01.2015 No. 47 "About providing the state support to socially oriented non-profit organizations in the Republic of Tatarstan" at the priority directions. 

The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan prepared a monthly rating of social and economic development of municipal areas and city districts of the Republic of Tatarstan for January-June, 2015.

In the general rating for January-June, 2015 the leading positions were taken by Kazan (1 place), Almetyevsk (the 2nd place) and Nizhnekamsk (the 3rd place) municipal areas.

For January-June, 2015 the greatest change of a place in a rating theVerkhneuslonsky (+5 positions)  municipal area reached. 

On July 23, 2015 in the Ministry of the industry and trade of RT public discussion of the draft of the Plan of measures on realization of Strategy of social and economic development of Tatarstan till 2030 took place. The deputy minister Oleg Pelevin spoke on behalf of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Having begun a meeting of public council, the deputy minister of the industry and trade of the Republic of Tatarstan Almaz Khusainov told about acceptance in June of the current year of Strategy of Tatarstan till 2030 and the Plan of measures developed in this regard by public authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan on its realization.

Oleg Pelevin added that at the beginning of August introduction of the draft of the Plan of measures on realization of Strategy of Tatarstan till 2030 is planned for consideration in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On July 24, 2015 visit of the Chairman of the state corporation "Bank of Development  and Foreign Economic Activity (Vnesheconombank)" Vladimir Dmitriyev to OEZ "Alabuga" for the purpose of acquaintance with investment opportunities of a platform and the conditions offered investors took place.

Within the program of stay in OEZ "Alabuga" there were visited plants of JSC Rokvul-Volga, JSC Trakya Glass Rus, JSC Alabuga-Volokno. Also the presentation of the project of JSC Amitek on production of composite pipes of JSC Amitek was organized.

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation approved the order of July 14, 2015 No. 472 regulating Rules of granting and distribution of subsidies from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation on implementation of complex investment projects on development of innovative territorial clusters.

These Rules include also the Order of selection of actions which will be considered at determination of the size of subsidies from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation on implementation of complex investment projects on development of innovative territorial clusters, and also the actions included in the list of the actions which are selected for joint financing at the expense of means of subsidies approved by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

On public discussion till July 29, 2015 there are Drafts of Orders of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation of Federal Treasury "About the statement of an order of registration in uniform information system in the sphere of purchases" and "About the statement of the Order of use of uniform information system in the sphere of purchases".

The first project concerns persons who were registered on the official site zakupki.gov.ru before coming into effect of this order. According to the second project the uniform information system will interact with other electronic systems (including Electronic Budget system). From them the part of documents and data will automatically come to UIS, that will allow some users not to form them repeatedly .

On July 23, 2015 in the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting of the Interdepartmental working group on carrying out the complex analysis of reduction of volumes of profit in the Republic of Tatarstan took place. The meeting was held by the deputy minister of economy Oleg Pelevin.

At a meeting information of the branch ministries of the Republic of Tatarstan on overall performance of meetings of the balance commissions, and also results of financial and economic activities of the enterprises of the republic was heard.

In the Ministry of Labour, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting of Coordination council on compensation, the income and a standard of living of the population at the Republican tripartite commission on regulation of the social and labor relations concerning "About the Financial and Economic Situation and Measures for Repayment of Debt on Payment of a Salary and for Payments on Obligatory Pension, Medical and Social Insurance Accepted by the Organizations" took place.

At a meeting the situation with payment of a salary and payment of payments according to the personal income tax, on obligatory pension, medical and social insurance at the enterprises debtors of Kazan, the Nizhnekamsk, Leninogorsk, Novosheshminsky, Mamadyshsky municipal area was considered.

The appeal of Department of an assessment of the regulating influence of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation with a request came to the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan to carry out an assessment of the regulating influence concerning the draft decision of Council of the Euroasian economic commission "About technical regulations of the Euroasian economic union "About Restriction of Application of Dangerous Substances in Products of Electrical Equipment and Radio Electronics" developed by the Ministry of industry and trade of the Russian Federation.

At the federal level public consultations on the project were held from 4.03.2015 till 25.04.2015.

The draft of the act provided the approval of technical regulations of the Customs union directed on protection of life and health of the person, environment, and also the prevention of the actions misleading consumers of products of electrical equipment and radio electronics concerning the contents in them dangerous substances.
