The address about carrying out an assessment of the regulating influence concerning the draft decision of Council of the Euroasian economic commission came to the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan

The appeal of Department of an assessment of the regulating influence of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation with a request came to the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan to carry out an assessment of the regulating influence concerning the draft decision of Council of the Euroasian economic commission "About technical regulations of the Euroasian economic union "About Restriction of Application of Dangerous Substances in Products of Electrical Equipment and Radio Electronics" developed by the Ministry of industry and trade of the Russian Federation.
At the federal level public consultations on the project were held from 4.03.2015 till 25.04.2015.
The draft of the act provided the approval of technical regulations of the Customs union directed on protection of life and health of the person, environment, and also the prevention of the actions misleading consumers of products of electrical equipment and radio electronics concerning the contents in them dangerous substances.
We invite representatives of business associations to take part in public consultations under the presented bill for the purpose of identification of the provisions in it introducing excess administrative and other restrictions and duties for subjects of business and other activity or promoting their introduction, and also provisions, promoting emergence of unreasonable expenses of subjects of business and other activity and budgets of all levels of the budgetary system of the Russian Federation.
