Projects of orders of registration and use of uniform information system in the sphere of purchases are prepared

On public discussion till July 29, 2015 there are Drafts of Orders of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation of Federal Treasury "About the statement of an order of registration in uniform information system in the sphere of purchases" and "About the statement of the Order of use of uniform information system in the sphere of purchases".

The first project concerns persons who were registered on the official site zakupki.gov.ru before coming into effect of this order. According to the second project the uniform information system will interact with other electronic systems (including Electronic Budget system). From them the part of documents and data will automatically come to UIS, that will allow some users not to form them repeatedly .

These orders will apply subjects on which action of Federal laws of April 5, 2013 No. 44-FZ "About contract system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" and of July 18, 2011 No. 223-FZ "About purchases of goods, works, services by separate types of legal entities" extends.

According to projects orders start working since January 1, 2016 except for separate provisions.
