On July 20 of this year in the Center of property support of socially oriented non-profit organizations  the next meeting of the Contest committee of Republican competition on rendering property support of SO NPO on a grant basis took place. Contest is carried out by Public chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of RT from 18.02.2015 No. 99 .

In Competition granting workplaces is played for SO NPO for a period of 2 years on a grant basis. These workplaces are completely equipped with furniture, computer and office equipment. 7 SO NPO already received workplaces following the results of the first stage of competition.

From September 22 to September 24, 2015 in Moscow  the Moscow international forum "Franchizing in Russia: the card of modern times" and 13 International exhibition of business on franchizing of BUYBRAND Expo will take place. Actions will be organized with support of the OPORA (The Association of business organizations of Russia) of Russia, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and the Russian Association of Franchising.

Opening of a forum is planned for September 22 from 12:00 till 14:00 on the address Moscow, Krasnopresnenskaya Emb., 14, CEK "Expocentre", 1 pavilion.

The permanent mission of the Republic of Tatarstan in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region carries out work on adjustment and strengthening of the economic relations and business cooperation between the Republic of Tatarstan and the Leningrad region. One of the areas of work is promotion of production of the Republic of Tatarstan on the market of the Northwest region.

The president of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin signed the Federal law of July 13, 2015 with No. 224 "About public-private partnership, municipal and private partnership in the Russian Federation and modification of separate acts of the Russian Federation" which will come into force since January 1, 2016 (except for separate provisions). 

The federal law on public-private partnership is adopted in Russia for the first time, only regional laws worked before (The law of the Republic of Tatarstan of 01.08.2011 No. 50-ZRT "About public-private partnership in the Republic of Tatarstan").

In the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation the first meeting of the working group on development of strategy of development of small and average business in the Russian Federation took place.

The assignment about development of strategy was given by the Government of the Russian Federation in pursuance of the decisions made on the State Council of the Russian Federation concerning development of small and medium business which took place in April, 2015.

The document will be developed taking into account provisions of the Federal law "About strategic planning in the Russian Federation".

On July 17, 2015 in Innopolis within the All-Russian forum of small and medium business "Tatarstan – a support for business" the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan together with SUE Agency by the State Order, Investment Activity and Interregional Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan presented Information portal of subjects of small and average business.

Start of a new information resource was encouraged by the Acting president of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, and also representatives of the federal ministries and departments.

This system is developed for the purpose of ensuring access of subjects of small and average business to purchases and allows to see in real time needs for goods (works, services) of customers and to offer the services as the supplier. Use of the Portal for subjects of small and average business is charge-free.

The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan informs that on July 23, 2015  at 14:00 the meeting of the Commission on accreditation of subjects of infrastructure of small and average business property support will take place where the requests submitted on competitive selection will be considered. In total 13 applications are submitted for the forthcoming accreditation from which 12 demands are allowed to accreditation .

Information on the applicants allowed to accreditation contains in the subsection "Infrastructure of Support of Business" of the section "Development and Support of Small and Average Business".

On July 15, 2015 General cooperation agreement on development of the monotown of Naberezhnye Chelny between Fund of development of monotowns and the Republic of Tatarstan the  is signed. The signatures under the document were put by the acting president of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the CEO of non-profit organization Fund of Development of Monotowns  Sergey Karpov.

On July 16, 2015 in the State committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on tourism the meeting of Public council at committee took place. Within the meeting the question "About Strategy of Social and Economic Development of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2030" was discussed 

The report on Strategy of Tatarstan till 2030 was made by Leysan Gataullina – the head of department of indicative management of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan. In the report she briefly told about basic provisions of Strategy, including about 13 design platforms created within ensuring process of its development and discussion which heads were heads of the ministries and departments. 

In Russia toughened requirements to government procurements. The relevant amendments are established by the Federal law of the Russian Federation of July 13, 2015 N 265-FZ. 

To support domestic producers, to stimulate import substitution in our country and also for deoffshorization of domestic economy, it was decided to forbid government purchases in an offshores. According to amendments, the commission on implementation of purchases will have to check whether the supplier of goods and services for state needs the offshore company is.
