The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation approved Rules of granting and distribution of subsidies from the federal budget

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation approved the order of July 14, 2015 No. 472 regulating Rules of granting and distribution of subsidies from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation on implementation of complex investment projects on development of innovative territorial clusters.

These Rules include also the Order of selection of actions which will be considered at determination of the size of subsidies from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation on implementation of complex investment projects on development of innovative territorial clusters, and also the actions included in the list of the actions which are selected for joint financing at the expense of means of subsidies approved by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

The total amount of federal financing on granting subsidies for implementation of complex investment projects on development of innovative territorial clusters provided by the Federal law "About the federal budget for 2015 and on planning period 2016 and 2017" of December 1, 2014 No. 384-FZ makes 1,25 billion rubles.
