As part of implementation of the Russian President Vladimir Putin's message about gradual allocation of up to 10% of regional and municipal social programs’ funds to non-profit organizations for provision of social services to population, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation submitted overview of normative legal documents related to providers of socially useful services.
