The government has approved the requirements to development and approval of check lists

The general requirements to development and approval of check lists (lists of test  questions) have been approved in the RF Government Resolution No. 177 of 13.02.2017.

The forms of check lists  will be approved by the legal acts of the relative government authorities, entitled for control (supervision) execution, (federal executive authorities, executive authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation, local autonomous bodies.

The form of the check list should contain a number of mandatory parameters:

- indication of the name of the control (supervision), type (types) of activities of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, industrial facilities, their types and (or) individual characteristics, risk categories, hazard classes (categories), allowing to identify the scope of the check list form;

- the name of the control (supervision) body and details of the legal act on the  check list form approval;

- a list of questions reflecting the content of the mandatory requirements and (or) requirements, the answers to which clearly indicate abidance or non-abidance by a legal entity, individual entrepreneur of compulsory requirements and (or) requirements that are the subject of the inspection (list of issues), etc.

In this case the approved check list forms shall be published on the official websites of the on control (supervision) body in the information-telecommunication network "Internet".
