Tatarstan ranked second place in Russia for development of SME entities’ procurements market

On February 27, as a part of Russian investment forum in Sochi, JSC “Federal Corporation for development of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship” conducted session with participation of the Republic of Tatarstan representatives, such as Deputy General Director of OJSC “Setevaya kompaniya” Vadim Lukin.

He told about positive results of small and medium enterprises involvement in procurements in collaboration with the Republic of Tatarstan Ministry of Economy.

In 2016 OJSC “Setevaya kompaniya” had signed 4317 contracts worth 28.5 billion rubles, of which 2447 contracts worth 26.6 billion rubles had been concluded with small and medium enterprises, having represented 77.5% of total purchases.

It shall be recalled that according to the Law 223-FZ the established procurement standard from small and medium enterprises is 18%.

In 2016 the Republic of Tatarstan ranked second among Russian Federation legal entities for development of SME entities’ procurements market in the amount of 45.7 billion rubles.
