On May 19, during KazanSummit – 2017, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a business breakfast of Sberbank dedicated to development of counterpart funding in Russia. Rustam Minnikhanov noted that special attention should be paid to staff training and existing legislation for the promotion of Islamic banking in Russia.
From 13 to 18 May 2017 in Moscow, regular session was held for future trainers of the Educational Program of the Russian Export Center (REC), in which representatives of operators of the Program from 20 regions took part.

Training of the employees from enterprises' HR services, production foremen, as well as persons in charge of occupational guidance in educational institutions of higher and intermediate vocational education was carried out within scope of implementation of the decisions of the Staff Committee of the Association "Non-commercial partnership "Kama Innovation Territorial Production Cluster (INNOKAM) and based on the agreement on interaction between Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization "The Open University of Talents of Kazan 2.0" and INNOKAM on May 13-14 on the platform of the Cooperative Institute of Kazan.

The Ministry of Economy Development of Russia prepared changes into the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dd. 17.05.2016 No. 934-р "On approving main directions of development and implementation of the evaluation system of effectiveness and efficiency of control and supervisory activities". These changes refer to the basisc model of determination of indicators of efficiency and effectiveness of control and supervisory activities.
The Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Mr. Artem Zdunov and Director of NCO " The guarantee fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" Mr. Diljus Shavaliev on May 17 visited three production sites located on the territories of the Federal Penal Service (FKU IK-2, FKU IK-18, FKU IK-19) with a purpose of joint study and making proposals for Federal Penal Service in the Republic of Tatarstan (hereinafter the Federal Penal Service (FPS) ) to manufacture new products being in demand in the economy industries. During the visit to the production area, the Minister got acquainted with the existing small and medium-sized businesses. He highly appreciated the results of the activities of a number of entrepreneurs, such as: LLC "Master Star", LLC Alcor, LLC TPF Centrocon, IE M.I. Saljahov and etc. At the end of the visit a meeting was arranged with representatives of the Federal Penal Service, which worked out the basic measures to improve demand for products manufactured on the territory of FPS.
In the Republic of Tatarstan, working group has been formed to make technical audits of manufacturing enterprises - small and medium-sized businesses, which will result in recommendations and opportunities for robotization and automation of the technological process and production.
Today, in Mamadysh town, zonal alignment meeting was held with the heads of municipalities. Large-scale event gathered in Mamadysh Municipal District more than 130 guests from neighboring districts of the republic, as well as representatives of 15 ministries and departments.
