ANO "Kamsky Center of Cluster Development" launched the project on the development of digital production

In the Republic of Tatarstan, working group has been formed to make technical audits of manufacturing enterprises - small and medium-sized businesses, which will result in recommendations and opportunities for robotization and automation of the technological process and production.

We want to remind that in September 2016 in Naberezhnye Chelny, Machine-Building Cluster Forum "Digital Production and Future of the Automotive Industry" was held, on this forum the Agreement was signed on creation of the "Community of Industrial Robotics of the Republic of Tatarstan", within which the Kamsky CCD and the leaders of the world industry of industrial robots Siemens and KUKA together with integrators plan to provide free technical audits of enterprises participating in the Machine-Building Cluster, aimed at optimizing production and increasing efficiency of the technical equipment fleet due to the automation and robotization of technological processes.

Technical audit is a complex of measures that includes defining bottlenecks in the work of equipment and personnel, development of recommendations for selection of means of production with less labor and greater productivity, as well as selection of state support programs and support until launching of automated or robotic production. It is also should be noted that for the enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan such a technical audit will be completely free, and the recommendations developed by experienced vendors and integrators will become valuable information for further business development.

Since the beginning of May 2017, Kamsky CCD has already participated in several technical audits of manufacturing enterprises - small and medium-sized business entities that are both participants and potential residents of territorial and sectorial and industrial clusters of the Republic of Tatarstan. It is planned for this year to provide full-scale marketing research within the framework of the project on the development of digital production.
