Employees of the InnoKam enterprises were trained on the course "Tutor of career navigation"

Training of the employees from enterprises' HR services,  production foremen, as well as persons in charge of occupational guidance in educational institutions of higher and intermediate vocational education was carried out within scope of implementation of the decisions of the Staff Committee of the Association "Non-commercial partnership "Kama Innovation Territorial Production Cluster (INNOKAM) and based on the agreement on interaction between Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization "The Open University of Talents of Kazan 2.0" and INNOKAM  on May 13-14 on the platform of the Cooperative Institute of Kazan.

The key topics of the first module became arrangement of occupational probation and production tourism. Among the trainees were employees of the following companies: PJSC Tatneft, PJSC KAMAZ,  OJSC TANECO, JSC Ammonium, LLC "KamEnergoRemont", LLC "Magnolia", FordSollers, as well as representatives of educational organizations of the Kama cluster.

We remind that the course entitled "Tutor of career navigation" is  specially designed for the modernization of tutorial on enterprises, selection of potential candidates for the production, maintenance and adaptation of young professionals. The course duration -1 year. The total amount of the course program - 520 hours.
