During the first two days of the session, representatives of the regional operators of the Program received training in effective interaction with the adult audience. This obligatory stage of training has revealed to the candidates valuable skills of working with groups, expanding coaching tools and developing personal potential. In the remaining days the trainers of the program studied materials of the lectures, which will soon be heard by entrepreneurs in the regions where the Educational Program is present.

Leading recognized experts of the industry worked on the development of each course of the Educational Program of REC. The authors of the modules on marketing and business communication were the expert of the group of companies "Business Active", practice expert in the field of foreign economic activity and trade finance Anastasia Sorokina, associate professor of the Department of World Economy and the Faculty of World Economy and World Politics at the Research Institute of Higher School of Economics Maria Dolgova and associate professor of the "Technology of Foreign Trade deals "of the All-Russian Academy of Foreign Trade under the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Svetlana Balakireva.

From the course on business communication, candidates for trainers learned about all stages of preparation for business negotiations, rules of business protocol in relation to specific foreign market and various approaches for resolving conflict situations.

“The success of entering foreign markets depends very much on the properly constructed communication with partners and the viability of the marketing strategy, selection of which should be based on the specific features of the particular market. When creating course on business communication, the main task we saw was the need to teach students to independently distinguish foreign markets on national, religious and cultural aspects and take these features into account when building business relations," notes Svetlana Balakireva.

In the course of the marketing course, the students learned where to look and how to structure information required for analyzing foreign markets conditions, learned possible models of effective access to the foreign market and their specifics, and also learned to use actual technologies of promoting their products in practice.

“One of the important components of success in export activities is knowledge of specifics of business communication in the importing country and ability to position correctly and promote your goods. It was very interesting to get knowledge in these areas and I hope that this kind of information will help our exporters to think more carefully about entering foreign markets and achieving good results," Ekaterina Efremova, participant of the session and the head of the Export Support Center of Omsk region, said.

“At the session we received special methodology for courses teaching and directly material on the specifics of business communication and marketing. Due to the fact that tuition is provided in training format, information is perceived very easily. Real examples of business colleagues are particularly interesting for me," Maxim Semin, chief economist of Development Corporation of the Orenburg region JSC, shares his impressions of the session.

According to the results of the educational session, 41 students received certificates of trainers, and they will start teaching courses on business communication and marketing to representatives of small and medium-sized businesses in their regions in the near future.
