The republic's business continues to use federal lending programs with preferential rates at 0% and 2% to maintain employment and resume activities. In addition, at the republican level, there are various microfinance products for entrepreneurs, allowing them to reduce costs at the time of getting out of the current economic situation.
Since the implementation of anti-crisis programs at the expense of the federal and republican budgets, the business of the republic received support in the amount of 34.5 billion rubles, excluding tax and bank holidays, and restructuring.
Under bank programs of interest-free lending and lending at a preferential 2% rate on remuneration of employees, aimed at maintaining employment, almost 7.4 thousand loans were issued in the amount of 16.8 billion rubles. It is important to note that the deadline for concluding credit agreements for loans at 0% is until October 1. In turn, it is possible to conclude an agreement on the lending program for the restoration of activities until November 1 of this year.
Also, about 17 billion rubles were attracted by Tatarstan entrepreneurs through concessional lending programs at 8.5% per annum. The programs are long-term in nature and allow businesses to attract long-term investment funds in the amount of up to 2 billion rubles for a period of 10 years.
Tatarstan entrepreneurs received financial support in the amount of about 677 million rubles through republican microfinance programs included in the anti-crisis and additional packages of measures.
