According to the draft bill “On Amendments to the Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation in Connection with the Adoption of the Federal Law “On State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation” of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the moratorium on scheduled inspections of businesses will be extended until the end of 2021, but the extension will affect only small organizations and individual entrepreneurs with an income of up to 800 million rubles per year and the number of employees up to 100 people. According to the Unified Register of SMEs, a ban on scheduled inspections will be in effect for more than 150 thousand small businesses in Tatarstan.
In turn, the ban for medium and large enterprises expires on December 31, 2020. The moratorium assumes that the control and supervisory authorities should cancel planned audits, with the exception of those inspections, the basis for which is harm to the life and health of citizens, the occurrence of natural and man-made emergencies, and checks for the issuance of permits.
Let us recall that the ban on inspections has been in effect in the republic since March 24. In the event that an entrepreneur is faced with a visit from an inspector or finds himself in a different situation related to supervisory authorities, during the period of the ban on inspections, he can report each fact of such interaction to the hotline of the Internet resource “Verified Business” by phone 8-800- 222-37-22 or through a special form on the website.
