Rustam Minnikhanov noted that a number of measures are being taken at the federal and republican levels to support sectors of the economy and SMEs, form new logistics and production chains, and expand import substitution.

A meeting of the working group on sustainable development of the economy was held at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan under the leadership of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov. Ministries, departments and municipalities of the republic took part in the meeting via video conference. The meeting discussed the availability of essential goods, the situation with prices, backbone enterprises, new support measures.

As part of the program "Providing subsidies from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan to individuals applying the special tax regime "Tax on professional income" in order to financially cover the costs associated with the implementation of professional activities" in 2021, 476 applications were submitted. Based on the results of the verification of these applications, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan decided to provide subsidies to 304 applicants.

The Republican Guarantee Fund, subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of Tatarstan, has launched a new preferential product “Support 2022” to support businesses in the face of sanctions pressure.

On March 10, 2022, Decree of the Government of Russia No. 336 “On the specifics of the organization and implementation of state control (supervision), municipal control” (hereinafter referred to as the Decree) was adopted, according to which a moratorium on scheduled business inspections will be in effect until the end of 2022.

The SME Corporation explained to entrepreneurs the terms of new preferential lending programs. Currently, there are three programs, the rates for which will not depend on changes in the key rate of the Central Bank.
