The Government of the Russian Federation automatically extended the validity of licenses and other types of permits

The Government of the Russian Federation adopted a resolution on the automatic extension of the validity of licenses and other types of permits for 12 months, as well as their simplified receipt or renewal in 2022.

The changes will affect more than 120 types of permits, including those in key areas of activity, such as agriculture, industry, retail trade (including trade in excisable goods), the provision of communication services, taxi services, the validity of which will be automatically extended or reissued in a simplified manner.

In addition, the need to undergo confirmation of conformity of manufactured products is postponed for a year.

State bodies are empowered to make decisions on reducing the terms of services in the field of licensing activities, on reducing mandatory requirements or the list of documents provided for licensing, on canceling the assessment of compliance with mandatory requirements.

This will reduce the burden on organizations and entrepreneurs, reduce the costs associated with the passage of licensing procedures.
