The SME Corporation clarified the terms of new loan programs for small and medium-sized businesses

The SME Corporation explained to entrepreneurs the terms of new preferential lending programs. Currently, there are three programs, the rates for which will not depend on changes in the key rate of the Central Bank.

Business lending incentive program of the SME Corporation and the Central Bank of the Russian Federation “PSK Anti-crisis”. It provides for lending and refinancing of entrepreneurs for current and investment purposes at a rate of up to 8.5% per annum. The program limit is 60 billion rubles until the end of March 2022. All accredited banks participate in it, including systemically important credit institutions (SICIs), the full list is on the SME Corporation website on the SME Corporation website. The program is available to small and medium-sized industries from the list of affected industries in accordance with Government Decree No. 1513. It has already been launched, entrepreneurs can apply to banks.

The "PSK Investment" program, which is also implemented by the SME Corporation and the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. It will start working on March 16, small and medium businesses will be able to receive loans at a rate for medium businesses - up to 13.5%, for small and micro businesses - up to 15%. The program limit is 335 billion rubles. As for the purpose of the loan, in systemically important banks you can get a loan only for investment purposes, in the rest - for both investment and working capital. All banks accredited by the SME Corporation are participating, the full list is on the SME Corporation website.

The program "PSK Reverse". It is implemented by the Bank of Russia. Under its terms, banks will work directly with the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. The program limit is 340 billion rubles, rates: up to 13.5% for medium-sized businesses, up to 15% for other enterprises. The program will start working as contracts are signed between banks and the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

It should be noted that in order to receive a soft loan, a small or medium-sized enterprise must be included in the register of SMEs and not be associated with representatives of large businesses. For small and micro-enterprises, the limit for current purposes is up to 300 million rubles, for medium-sized businesses - up to 1 billion rubles. The loan amount for investment purposes for all entrepreneurs is up to 1 billion rubles.
