The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a meeting with ministries and municipalities

A meeting of the working group on sustainable development of the economy was held at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan under the leadership of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov. Ministries, departments and municipalities of the republic took part in the meeting via video conference. The meeting discussed the availability of essential goods, the situation with prices, backbone enterprises, new support measures.

At the meeting, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov stressed that in the current conditions it is necessary to use all the new support measures adopted at the federal and republican levels. The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan will continue to coordinate the work of sectoral ministries and municipalities of the republic within the framework of meetings of the working group on sustainable development of the economy. The minister noted the importance of prompt resolution of all identified systemic problems of enterprises.


“Today, it is very important to establish feedback with organizations and entrepreneurs: what problems do they have, how can they be solved - use federal support measures, prepare republican support measures or proposals for new federal support measures,” said Midkhat Shagiakhmetov.

Recall that the operational headquarters for the sustainable development of the economy was created on behalf of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The headquarters oversees such areas as providing essential goods and supporting the population; support for enterprises and sectors of the economy that are at risk; support for small and medium businesses; system-wide measures.

The minister added that operational headquarters for sustainable development of the economy have been created in all municipalities of Tatarstan and sectoral ministries.


The meeting addressed issues in five areas: monitoring and control of prices and the availability of basic socially significant goods in trade organizations, the situation on the labor market, work with budget-forming organizations, the implementation of investment projects, the situation in the field of small and medium-sized businesses.
