A meeting was held in the Government House in the videoconferencing mode with the participation of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov made a report on measures to ensure sustainable development of the republic's economy.
In his speech, the minister stressed that the most important task for improving the sustainability of the economy is the adaptation of small and medium-sized businesses to new conditions, maintaining the number of both employed in small businesses and self-employed citizens.
In his report, the minister dwelled in detail on federal anti-crisis measures to support entrepreneurship.
Thus, for SMEs from the affected industries, which include 70 types of activities, credit holidays will be provided for up to 6 months. This applies to contracts concluded before March 1, 2022.
From March 10 until the end of 2022, there is a moratorium on scheduled business inspections by control and supervisory authorities at all levels - federal, regional and municipal.
Until the end of March this year, the SME Corporation is implementing a program of concessional lending at 8.5%.
For small and medium-sized businesses, on March 16, 2022, the SME Corporation, together with the Central Bank of Russia, will launch preferential lending programs.
Also, for loans for investment and working purposes for micro and small businesses, loans will be provided at a rate of 15%, for an average of 13.5%.
In order to use these tools, entrepreneurs need to contact one of the authorized credit organizations.
At the same time, as part of the anti-crisis package at the republican level, taking into account the needs of business, a list of support measures has also been prepared.
Republican support includes:
1. Granting a deferral for the payment of the principal debt under microloan agreements for up to 18 months.
2. Subsidies to self-employed citizens for the purchase of equipment.
3. Support for export-oriented entrepreneurs in finding new markets in countries not included in the list of unfriendly states.
4. Further development of the infrastructure of industrial parks with low occupancy of engineering and road infrastructure.
