In the context of sanctions pressure, the priority is the prompt replacement of foreign goods with domestic counterparts. In the Republic of Tatarstan, for these purposes, on the basis of the Regional Marketing Center (RMC), an "Import Substitution Center" was created, where there are already examples of successful replacement of imported products by local and Russian manufacturers.

On March 25, 2022, the Government of the Russian Federation adopted Decree No. 471, which amended the Rules for informing a citizen about the possibility of receiving social protection measures (support), social services provided as part of social services and state social assistance, other social guarantees and payments.

Investment teams from 45 Russian regions, including a team from the Republic of Tatarstan, began training at the Presidential Academy. The RANEPA Higher School of Public Administration, together with the Ministry of Economic Development, launched an educational program for investment teams of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation "Managerial excellence - development of regional teams."

Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, together with the Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Economic Policy Masim Topilin, as part of the Operational Headquarters to ensure sustainable economic development, visited the enterprises of the Himgrad industrial park, discussed the current work of companies under sanctions and development plans.

On March 30, at a meeting of the Commission of the Presidium of the Regional Political Council of the Regional Political Council of the TRO of the WFP "United Russia" on assistance in informing and implementing national projects, the results were summed up and the winners of the republican photo contest "National Projects of Tatarstan-2021" were awarded. More than 2,500 works on 11 national projects from all municipalities and executive bodies of state power responsible for the implementation of national projects in Tatarstan were submitted to the competition.

Since March, a moratorium on business inspections has been in effect in Russia. Thanks to the measure taken, more than 190 thousand inspections have been canceled throughout the country, in the Republic of Tatarstan this number is more than 2 thousand. In case of violation of the moratorium, entrepreneurs of the republic have the opportunity to file a complaint or send an appeal based on the results of their interaction with supervisory authorities.

As part of the anti-crisis package of republican support measures, the regional Entrepreneurship Support Fund (Fund) subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan will provide businesses with credit holidays under existing microloan agreements. The measure will reduce the financial burden on businesses in the current conditions of sanctions pressure.

A meeting of the working group to ensure sustainable economic development was held at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan under the leadership of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov. The meeting was held with the participation of representatives of republican ministries, departments and municipalities.

Loans for small and medium-sized technology companies will become more affordable thanks to a new government support measure. The government approved rules for concessional lending for high-tech SMEs. Now high-tech companies will be able to take loans at a reduced interest rate - no more than 3%.
