In Tatarstan, they found a replacement for products made in the USA and other European countries

In the context of sanctions pressure, the priority is the prompt replacement of foreign goods with domestic counterparts. In the Republic of Tatarstan, for these purposes, on the basis of the Regional Marketing Center (RMC), an "Import Substitution Center" was created, where there are already examples of successful replacement of imported products by local and Russian manufacturers.

One such example is the State Autonomous Institution of Social Services "Cheremshansky Boarding Home for the Elderly and Disabled", which replaced a US-made washing powder with a Tatarstan-made detergent. Domestic powder is produced by the Nefis Cosmetics enterprise, localized in Kazan.

Astrakhan Secondary School No. 12, instead of a Liebherr CNbe refrigerator manufactured in Bulgaria, purchased a Pozis refrigerator manufactured by Zelenodolsk JSC POZIS.

The municipal unitary enterprise of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny "Management company Avtozavodsky" instead of Italian padlocks Gisa purchased padlocks manufactured by PK Cheboksary Aggregate Plant LLC.

Resident of TASED "Naberezhnye Chelny" NPK "Himresurs" placed a position for the production of epoxy resin. Previously, Russian manufacturers purchased these products in the Czech Republic. KOMZ JSC posted on the RMC resources a position for the sale of binoculars, which customers from Russia purchased in Japan before the imposition of sanctions.

And these are not the only examples, in just 2 weeks of work of the "Import Substitution Center" in the procurement module of the RMC, contracts were concluded for the purchase of import-substituting products worth more than 93 million rubles.

Recall that the Republican Marketing Center was created on the basis of trade and information resources of the State Order Agency on the initiative of the Ministry of Economy of Tatarstan and in pursuance of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The RMC acts as an aggregator for the promotion of local manufacturers' products on the market. On the RMC platform, manufacturers post offers about their products, and buyers talk about their needs.

The new RMC mechanism makes it possible to collect information on import-substituting products produced in the country, to provide assistance to customers whose activities depended on the import of components, goods, raw materials and equipment in search of replacement products.

At the same time, the resource contains proposals for manufacturers, small and medium-sized businesses, allowing them to master the production of products in demand.
