Tatarstan entrepreneurs will learn how to scale their business through a franchise

An online program for "young business" is being launched in Tatarstan with the participation of the founders of the chains of hairdressing salons "Chio Chio" (800+ outlets) and coffee bars "Hohoro" (2400+ outlets).

From November 12 to December 3, a free online educational program from the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan "Scaling a business through a franchise" starts in the region. Training is available for regional entrepreneurs operating as an individual entrepreneur, LLC or KFH for a period of less than one year.

One of the largest franchisors of Tatarstan will act as experts of the program. The author of the Chio Chio brand, Ilnaz Nabiullin, will share his experience in creating a chain of hairdressing salons No. 1 in Russia and the CIS, which has more than 800 points. Hohoro founder Ilnar Shamsutdinov will tell you how he built a team of 150 people and opened more than 2,400 coffee bars in 6 countries. Also, Adel Gusmanov, the founder of Delman Group LLC, an entrepreneur who has packed 103 businesses and sold more than 400 franchises, and Arthur Shustov, the ex-owner of Like Center in Kazan, are also announced as speakers - top 3 franchisees in terms of network revenue.

During the training, participants will analyze the market and determine development prospects in a given segment. They will study the tools for creating a franchise network, consider legal aspects, develop a franchise book and master new skills to attract customers and scale a business. The program includes: analysis of cases of existing franchises; excursions and business analysis of organizations; useful meetings and acquaintances.

Training will be conducted according to the program accredited by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation “Factory. Franchises. As a result of the training, participants will receive a document of the established form on additional education, confirming the development of the program, as well as the opportunity to present their business project to the expert commission.
