Yakov Geller has been the Director General of the Agency since 2002. Under his leadership, the PPA RT successfully maintains the status of the operator of the federal electronic trading platform in the field of procurement zakazrf.ru
During the work of Yakov Veniaminovich, the Agency has developed and effectively uses a number of automated information systems to ensure the transparency of procurement and access for small and medium-sized businesses to them.
To implement the task of import substitution of the gas filling station of the Republic of Tatarstan on the basis of the Republican Marketing Center, acting in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N.Minnihanov a resource was created - "Center for Import Substitution" (http://rmcrt.ru). Thanks to the resource, information is collected on import-substituting products manufactured in the country, as well as the purchase of these products.
