The Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan provided assistance in obtaining borrowed funds by providing a guarantee in the amount of 15 million rubles.

The document was signed by the chairman of the business association Alexey Repik and the head of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The signing took place on December 18 during Alexey Repik's business visit to the republic.
