Tatarstan's young entrepreneurs are actively applying for grant support of 1 million rubles

Tatarstan entered the TOP 3 regions of the country in terms of the number of applications received for the federal youth entrepreneurship competition "Create Ours".

130 projects were received from young entrepreneurs of Tatarstan, which puts the republic on the 3rd place among the regions of the country in terms of the volume of applications received for the competition. Moscow and the Moscow region are ahead. 

Create OURS is a joint project of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI), the SME Corporation and the Youth Entrepreneurship Initiative Foundation. 

The competition is designed to help young entrepreneurs develop their own businesses. Aspiring businessmen will be able to unlock the potential and effectively launch their project with financial support and personal mentoring from leading experts. The competition meets the goals of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy" and acts as a platform for the implementation of ideas and the selection of projects that will contribute to the economic development of the country.

Aspiring entrepreneurs from 14 to 28 years old are invited to participate in the selection process. This year there are two directions: "Youth without business" and "Business up to 3 years old". Each participant will be trained in the basics of entrepreneurship, and then develop a project to open a new or scale an existing business.

Registration for the "Create Ours" contest is open until 15:00 Moscow time on March 3. The training will begin on March 11 and last for three weeks. During this time, experts from professional business associations and successful business representatives will share their experience with the participants.

Next, during the month from April 22, experts will evaluate the work of the participants and determine the winners. Their names will be announced on May 26 during the award ceremony. The best young entrepreneurs will receive grants.

According to the results of the competition, experts will determine 30 winners who will receive 1 million rubles each and the right to participate in a special acceleration program from the SME Corporation.

The application can be submitted on the Digital platform of SME.RF. 

The first "Create Ours" contest was held in April 2024. 30 winners from 20 regions were determined. Last year, 3 projects from Tatarstan became winners. It should be noted that among all subjects of the Russian Federation the Republic of Tatarstan and St. Petersburg were the leaders in the number of winners - 3 people each. The republican business for the production of organic fertilizers, furniture and decor items, as well as metal jewelry received grant support and participation in the accelerator of youth projects.
