The OZON investment project for construction of a logistics center on the territory of the Zelenodolsk industrial site was approved.

The Accounts Chamber of Russia launched a survey among entrepreneurs on measures of state support. Subjects of small and medium business are invited to assess the adequacy of support measures, indicate the most preferred of them, identify the popular forms of financial assistance.

Public consultations on the draft Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation “On Information Support of Urban Planning Activities” started.

Oksana Tarasenko, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, and Farid Abdulganiyev, Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, visited the infrastructure site for investors in Zelenodolskiy municipal district. The meeting was held within the framework of the XI International Economic Summit “Russia - Islamic World: KAZANSUMMIT 2019”.

Tatarstan received 582 million rubles from the federal budget for reimbursement of expenses of Alabuga special economic zone. This is the first part of the financial means. By the end of the year it is planned to receive another 886 million rubles.

Results of the first stage of the “Competition of digital solutions for regions”, organized by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives to promote new projects, were summed up. Based on the results, a short list of 35 tasks was formed. They are presented in 8 nominations: public services, health care, education, cadastral registration, tourism and culture, agriculture, social services and the urban environment.

Today, public consultations were launched on draft Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation “On approving the Regulation on Protected Zones of Electric Power Industry Facilities and on recognizing as invalid the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 24, 2009 No. 160 “On Procedure for Establishing Protected Zones of Electric Network Facilities and Special Conditions of Land Use Plots located within the Boundaries of such Zones” and the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 18, 2013 No. 1033 “On Procedure for Establishing Protected Zones of Facilities for Production of Electric Energy and Special Conditions for Use of Land located within the Boundaries of such Zones”.

The Ministry of Economic Development is developing a package of bills that will create a single mechanism for development of territories and bring the country's investment attractiveness to a new level.

On April 23, 2019, the infrastructure for supporting social innovations was discussed at a meeting of the Council for Development of Social Innovations of the Constituent Entities of the Russian Federation. The Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Abdulganiyev told about the level of development of non-profit organizations in Tatarstan at the meeting.

On April 22, 2019, representatives of small and medium-sized businesses, as well as the self-employed, discussed issues of entrepreneurship with the Minister of Economy of Tatarstan Farid Abdulganieyv. More than 200 participants were invited to the meeting.
