Tatarstan received 582 million rubles for reimbursement of expenses of “Alabuga” SEZ

Tatarstan received 582 million rubles from the federal budget for reimbursement of expenses of Alabuga special economic zone. This is the first part of the financial means. By the end of the year it is planned to receive another 886 million rubles.

Subsidies for reimbursement of costs are allocated in the framework of the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 30, 2014 No. 1119 “On selection of constituent entities of the Russian Federation eligible for state support in the form of subsidies for reimbursement of expenses for creation, modernization and (or) reconstruction of industrial infrastructure facilities of industrial parks, industrial technology parks and technology parks in the high-tech sector”. The sources of funds are taxes and customs payments paid to residents of “Alabuga” to the federal budget (100% income tax, 50% VAT, 100% excise taxes on cars and motorcycles, 50% customs duties).

In 2018, Tatarstan received 1 billion rubles for reimbursement of expenses of the special economic zone “Alabuga”.
