Entrepreneurs can participate in development of a single mechanism for development of territories

The Ministry of Economic Development is developing a package of bills that will create a single mechanism for development of territories and bring the country's investment attractiveness to a new level.

One of the key tasks of a single mechanism is to create the most understandable, comfortable and transparent business environment. This can be achieved by removing administrative barriers, reducing the number of bureaucratic procedures, reducing the time for consideration of documents and providing various regulatory easing.

The draft law forms a preferential portfolio containing a list of government support measures (budget investments, subsidies, benefits, government guarantees and regulatory relief in supervisory and licensing activities) that will be available to entrepreneurs.

In order to fill the preferential portfolio with additional measures of state support, the Ministry of Economic Development proposes entrepreneurs to fill out a survey form, indicating the difficulties encountered in the process of economic activity, what regulatory easing would be desirable and what changes it is important to introduce to regulatory legal acts.
