The state Duma of the Russian Federation adopted in the third reading the law extending "dacha amnesty". "Dacha amnesty" is a conditional term that refers to Federal law No. 93, according to which all citizens can, under a simplified scheme, take ownership of land plots, as well as buildings located on them.

This year, the Entrepreneurship support fund of Tatarstan, subordinated to the Ministry of economy of the Republic, has developed a new program for microfinancing – "Exporter".
