It is possible to register a house or a plot in a simplified procedure in every department of MFC

1 August 2019, Thursday

The state Duma of the Russian Federation adopted in the third reading the law extending "dacha amnesty". "Dacha amnesty" is a conditional term that refers to Federal law No. 93, according to which all citizens can, under a simplified scheme, take ownership of land plots, as well as buildings located on them.

Tatarstan citizens can apply for simplified registration of property in each multifunctional center providing state and municipal services.

To register you will need to provide a passport and documents confirming the ownership.

The state fee for registration of ownership is 350 rubles. It can also be paid directly to the MFC.

MFC "My documents" centers in the Republic of Tatarstan provide daily more than 180 types of state and municipal services on the principle of "one window".

The number of services provided in the first half of 2019 increased by 9% to 1.3 million compared to the same period last year.  Almost 27 thousand services were provided through the structural units of the MFC, located in rural settlements, where more than a thousand people live.
