For socially important projects that are being implemented by NPOs, there have been allocated 35 million rubles.
The start of the competition has been announced today at a press conference in the news Agency "Tatar-inform" with the participation of deputy chairman of the state Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Rimma Ratnikova, chairman of the Public chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan Anatoly Fomin and deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Oleg Pelevin.
The competition for subsidies for NPOs for socially significant projects is held for the fourth time.
6 thousand non-profit organizations are registered in Tatarstan. Every year 200 of them apply for the contest of the Ministry of economy of Tatarstan. In 2018, 113 non-profit organizations became the winners of the competition, which is one more NPO than in 2017.
"Public organizations began to submit better applications, they learned social design – this is a new direction for them. We have to continue this work together with the Public chamber of the republic, which plays a huge role in the development of civil society, and the ministries", said deputy Secretary of the TRO of the RPP "EDINAYA ROSSIYA", Deputy Chairman of the State Council of the RT Rimma Ratnikova.
"This year we have introduced an innovation: application for competition can now be submitted in electronic form through the portal of public services. The application form is optimized as much as possible. We have introduced another innovation for applicants – a letter of recommendation from the representative body of the municipality and (or) from the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan attached to the application. If the project is supported by the deputies, the application will gain more points", Oleg Pelevin said.
Chairman of the Public chamber of Tatarstan Anatoly Fomin urged the representatives of NPOs to actively participate in the competition: "The competition is very interesting. It is gratifying that such interaction between civil society and the government has been built."
Applications can be submitted until August, 23.
