Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated October 12, 2013 № 913 approved the Regulation on the placing on the official website of the Russian Federation in the information and telecommunications network "Internet" information to be published in a single information system for procurement of goods and services for state and municipal needs to input in its operation. The document includes a list of regulations, the adoption of which is necessary for the implementation of the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 № 44 -FZ "On the contract system in the procurement of goods , works and services for state and municipal needs" . The Regulation establishes the procedure for placing the information on the official website of the Russian Federation for posting information about placing orders for goods , works and services www.zakupki.gov.ru.

As part of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan resolution from 31.12.2012 № 1182 "On approval of the public regulatory impact assessment of existing regulations and draft regulations in the Republic of Tatarstan adopted (enacted ) by the executive bodies of state power of the Republic of Tatarstan" will be a meeting of the working group on regulatory impact assessment order of the Ministry of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan 26.03.2013 № 96 "On approval of Administrative regulation of the Ministry of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan government function to implement license control in the procurement, storage, processing and sales of ferrous scrap , non-ferrous metals ." The meeting will discuss the provisions of the Order for the presence in it of excessive administrative and other restrictions and obligations for entrepreneurial and other activities , or to facilitate their introduction , as well as contributing to the emergence of frivolous spending of businesses and other activities .

Subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Export support  center is  organizing a business mission to Kiev ( Ukraine). The purpose of the trip - visiting XII International Industrial Forum, which will take place from 19 to 22 November 2013 . International Industrial Forum - the largest and the only specialized exhibition in Ukraine , registered in the International Exhibition Association (UFI), which is the highest level of international recognition for the exhibition. The forum includes specialized industrial sites in the metal , engineering and related industries, as well as an extensive program of conferences , seminars , presentations of participants. The participants of the exhibition are the leading industrial enterprises of Ukraine and abroad .

Carrying out an assessment of the submitted projects of socially oriented NGOs the right to receive a subsidy from the 2013 budget of the Republic of Tatarstan. Expert membership is formed based on the priority of the contest , it included as independent experts and representatives of the executive power of the Republic of Tatarstan. The list of qualifying in the competition socially oriented non-profit organizations for grants from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as a list of NGOs that have not been competitive selection, approved at a meeting of the tender commission from 18.10.2013 № 2 .

"The forecast was developed in a very difficult macroeconomic environment , both in foreign and domestic markets, a slowing of economic dynamics ," - said the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. Among the internal factors affecting the current economic situation , Midhat Shagiakhmetov called low productivity slowdown in consumer demand, the increase in production costs due to rising prices of raw materials, energy and services of natural monopolies. Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan noted that a similar situation is observed in Russia as a whole. " Russian Economic Development Ministry has revised its forecast three times and lowered the growth rate of GDP in 2013 to 1.8 %," - said Midhat Shagiakhmetov .

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan spends the next stage of the competition for selection of applications for grants for reimbursement of costs of small and medium enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan to receive educational services related to the training, retraining and advanced training , and the development of business and entrepreneurial literacy skills , which runs until November 11, 2013 . The competition is held in support of small and medium-sized enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan , and provides an opportunity to return the money spent on education in the form of subsidy that is available to businesses . During the implementation of the program of subsidizing in 2013 was supported by 60 of the 41 applications for grants to small and medium-sized enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan, totaling more than $ 3.4 million. October 23, 2013 as part of the next stage of the competition Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Ayrat Shamsiev held a meeting with representatives of the universities located in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, on the theme : " Subsidizing costs of entrepreneurs to receive educational services ."

Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 04.10.2013 № 715 amended the Regulation on the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan , approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 23.07.2007 № 325 , supplementing the authority of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan in the decision to grant investment tax credit Republic of Tatarstan. October 24, 2013 Technopark of industrial technologies "Innovation and Technology Center " KNIAT" received a certificate of accreditation as a technology park. Accreditation of the innovation infrastructure of the Republic of Tatarstan is held in accordance with the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 04.06.2013 № 384 "On Accreditation of innovation infrastructure of the Republic of Tatarstan" . This procedure is designed to streamline and improve the efficiency of the activity of innovation infrastructure. To the subjects of innovation infrastructure must meet certain requirements , which are expressed in the form of specific criteria for defining the level of innovative activity of the subject , and have a clear threshold . Accreditation to be techno , industrial parks , industrial (industrial ) parks of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 21.10.2013 № 785 approved the State Program of the Republic of Tatarstan "Preservation of national identity Tatar (2014 - 2016)."
