Carrying out an assessment of the submitted projects of socially oriented NGOs the right to receive a subsidy from the 2013 budget of the Republic of Tatarstan. Expert membership is formed based on the priority of the contest , it included as independent experts and representatives of the executive power of the Republic of Tatarstan. The list of qualifying in the competition socially oriented non-profit organizations for grants from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as a list of NGOs that have not been competitive selection, approved at a meeting of the tender commission from 18.10.2013 № 2.
