October 24, 2013 Technopark of industrial technologies "Innovation and Technology Center " KNIAT" received a certificate of accreditation as a technology park. Accreditation of the innovation infrastructure of the Republic of Tatarstan is held in accordance with the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 04.06.2013 № 384 "On Accreditation of innovation infrastructure of the Republic of Tatarstan" . This procedure is designed to streamline and improve the efficiency of the activity of innovation infrastructure. To the subjects of innovation infrastructure must meet certain requirements , which are expressed in the form of specific criteria for defining the level of innovative activity of the subject , and have a clear threshold . Accreditation to be techno , industrial parks , industrial (industrial ) parks of the Republic of Tatarstan.
As part of the program, the Minister visited the Arsky Industrial Park, where he got acquainted with the current activities and long-term plans of the residents. During the inspection of the production facilities, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held a substantive discussion with the heads of enterprises on capacity expansion and improving the efficiency of using the existing infrastructure.
Applications for the Start-Digital Technologies-1 competition (turn 2) are being accepted on the website of the Innovation Promotion Foundation until February 24. Individuals and legal entities, small business entities, can participate in it.
Rustem Mukhamedshin, Director of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in a large–scale event - the strategic session of the Association of Small and Medium-sized Businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan, which took place on January 30, 2026 in Kazan at the Entrepreneur's House.
