Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 04.10.2013 № 715 amended the Regulation on the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan , approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 23.07.2007 № 325 , supplementing the authority of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan in the decision to grant investment tax credit Republic of Tatarstan. To be considered for an investment tax credit must be submitted to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan application prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 06.09.2013 № 642 " On approval of the agreement and the decision to grant investment tax credit in the Republic of Tatarstan".
