The competition is held in support of small and medium-sized enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan , and provides an opportunity to return the money spent on education in the form of subsidy that is available to businesses . During the implementation of the program of subsidizing in 2013 was supported by 60 of the 41 applications for grants to small and medium-sized enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan, totaling more than $ 3.4 million.
