On November 2 at their meeting at Tatarstan Government House Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Russian Presidential Commissioner for Protection of Entrepreneurs’ Rights Boris Titov discussed issues concerning the activity of the regional commissioner for protection of entrepreneurs’ rights, exchange of gained experience, interaction between public authorities and business ombudsman.

To the point, Boris Titov is on a working trip in Tatarstan. A meeting with the regional business community at Tatarstan Chamber of Trade and Industry and a press-conference for the representatives of mass media will be held during his visit.

Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Tatarstan Presidential Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs’ rights Timur Nagumanov took part in the meeting.

The Fund of Development of Internet Initiatives (FDII) founded by Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization Agency of Strategic Initiatives on Promotion of New Projects began work in the current year. One of the main tasks of FDII is financial and expert support already at early stages of development of projects. Any citizen of Russia can register the Internet project: from a startup to successfully functioning online business which needs financing for further development, on the Fund site www.iidf.ru  or www.фрии.рф.  The volume of means under control of FDII is 6 billion rubles. Within 3 years it is planned to finance more than 400 Russian Internet projects.

Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University launches its measures aimed at development of youth entrepreneurship. Planned exit business camps and zonal conference in municipal areas of the country, remote business education, as well as holding the Republican Conferences "Foresight - Tatarstan: 2050" and "Step Up." We invite youth and entrepreneurs under the age of 30 years to participate in the upcoming events.

In state accountability system "Departments' Reports" of information portal "Open Tatarstan" published a report on progress in the work of the multipurpose centers of public and municipal services in the Republic of Tatarstan in the context of municipal and urban districts. The report contains information on the whereabouts of multifunctional centers in municipal areas , the number of open windows at the receptions and rendered during the reporting period  services. The report also includes information on the overhaul of the premises to accommodate the MFC. Data in the report will be updated weekly.

On November 1 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov became a Presidium member of the Economic Council under Russian President. The Presidium membership was approved by Russian President’s Order dated October, 31, 2013.

The Economic Council Presidium chaired by Vladimir Putin was established to deal with operational issues.

Among Presidium members are ex-minister of finance, Head of the Committee of civil initiatives Aleksei Kudrin, First Deputy Chairman of Russian Government Igor Shuvalov, Vice-premiers Arkady Dvorkovich and Olga Golodets, Aide to Russian President Aleksei Belousov, Chairman of the Central Bank Elvira Nabiullina, Minister of finance Anton Siluanov, Head of Ministry of Economic Development Aleksei Ulyukaev, Chairman of Accounts Chamber Tatyana Golikova, Head of Sberbank German Gref, Mayor of Moscow Sergei Sobyanin.

Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midhat Shagiakhmetov takes part in the II International Forum of Innovative Development "Open Innovation ", which takes place in Moscow from October 31 to November 2, 2013 . The delegation is headed by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov . As in the past , the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan is responsible for organizing the exhibition of Tatarstan. This year, the focus of the Republican exhibition focuses on the presentation and development of innovation infrastructure of the country. In this area, the Minister of Economy held direct meetings with innovative manufacturing companies in order to attract investment in the development of the Industrial Park " Tchistopol ." With individual companies reached an agreement on cooperation in this area.

October 31, 2013 the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the meeting of the balance  Commission organized by the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Republic of Tatarstan in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Russian Federal Tax Service of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Executive Committee Laishevsky municipal area. Meeting of the Commission held the first Deputy Minister of Transport and Roads of the Republic of Tatarstan Insaf Khayrullin . The meeting discussed the financial and economic activity of JSC « Airline Tatarstan" and of " Ak Bars Aero " for 9 months of the year.

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan holds monthly monitoring the price situation on the food market in the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as analysis of the prices of petrol and diesel in the Volga Federal District. According to the September 2013 among the fourteen cities of the Volga Federal District, on the prices of petrol A -76 ( 27 rub. / Liter ) and diesel ( 30.67 rub. / L) Kazan is on the 8th and 10th place, respectively ( 1 place - the highest price , 14 place - the smallest value) . On the prices of gasoline AI -95 ( 31.94 rub. / L) and AI- 93, 92 ( 28.84 rub. / L) Kazan is on the 12th place. The food market during the period due to the increase in purchase prices , prices for corn , wheat flour and milk. October 30, 2013 by representatives of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the meeting of the Advisory Council for the consideration of the investment programs of organizations carrying out regulated activities in the electricity and heat supply of the Republic of Tatarstan. At the meeting examined and adopted the investment program of JSC " Tatgazenergo " for 2013-2017 by Mendeleevskaya Bavlinsky and municipal areas . This investment program is aimed at the reconstruction of heating systems , hot water and modernization of lighting systems. The main objectives of the program are to increase the reliability of heat supply system , improving the quality of services provided and the implementation of energy saving measures.

October 30, 2013 Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Ayrat Shamsiev and Head of Strategic Development Leonid Kalimullin attended the enlarged meeting of the Council of Associations of enterprises and entrepreneurs of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was dedicated to the analysis of the situation prevailing in the major industries of the republic, the definition of the systemic problems that impede the effective development of national enterprises. At the meeting were Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Zaripov , General Director of JSC " Tatneftekhiminvest -holding " of the Republic of Tatarstan raffinate Yarullin , representatives of " CAPO them .
