II International Forum of innovative development "Open Innovation" started

Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midhat Shagiakhmetov takes part in the II International Forum of Innovative Development "Open Innovation ", which takes place in Moscow from October 31 to November 2, 2013 . The delegation is headed by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov .
