Rustam Minnikhanov meets with Presidential Commissioner for Protection of Entrepreneurs’ Rights Boris Titov

On November 2 at their meeting at Tatarstan Government House Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Russian Presidential Commissioner for Protection of Entrepreneurs’ Rights Boris Titov discussed issues concerning the activity of the regional commissioner for protection of entrepreneurs’ rights, exchange of gained experience, interaction between public authorities and business ombudsman.
To the point, Boris Titov is on a working trip in Tatarstan. A meeting with the regional business community at Tatarstan Chamber of Trade and Industry and a press-conference for the representatives of mass media will be held during his visit.
Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Tatarstan Presidential Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs’ rights Timur Nagumanov took part in the meeting.
As part of the program, the Minister visited the Arsky Industrial Park, where he got acquainted with the current activities and long-term plans of the residents. During the inspection of the production facilities, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held a substantive discussion with the heads of enterprises on capacity expansion and improving the efficiency of using the existing infrastructure.
Applications for the Start-Digital Technologies-1 competition (turn 2) are being accepted on the website of the Innovation Promotion Foundation until February 24. Individuals and legal entities, small business entities, can participate in it.
Rustem Mukhamedshin, Director of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in a large–scale event - the strategic session of the Association of Small and Medium-sized Businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan, which took place on January 30, 2026 in Kazan at the Entrepreneur's House.
