On November 15 Tatarstan Prime Minister, Head of Chistopol municipal region Ildus Akhmetzyanov, President of “Delrus” took part in a solemn launching of first stage of the plant "Delrus" for the production of medical products.

To the point, the foundation stone of a new plant was laid at the industrial plant “Chistopol” in May, 2013.

An international science and industry company “Delrus” is the largest one in the Russian market of medical equipment and disposables. The company has become the first resident of the industrial park “Chistopol”, which launched the production facilities. The new plant manufactures different products for medical application. In particular, the first stage of the plant is meant for production of medical masks, latex gloves and disinfecting solutions. By and large, the company is going to build 4 production workshops at the industrial park. “Belrus” is planning to invest 700 mln rubles in the project till 2017 and create more than 120 jobs.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ildar Khalikov noted that launching the first plant at the industrial plant is a long-waiting event.

According to him, this year the overall revenue of all techno-park projects in Tatarstan will make about 66 bln rubles and 140 bln rubles together with SEZ “Alabuga”, which is comparable to the gross regional product of some Russian regions.

On November 13, 2013 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan under the leadership of the deputy minister Marat Sharifullin the meeting on a question of further development of Kamsky Glades took place. The Kamsky Glades entered the list of the monotowns demanding the state support. Representatives of Executive committee of municipality took part in meeting "пгт. Kamsky Glades", State Unitary Enterprise Tatinvestgrazhdanproyekt and JSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim. During meeting the question of implementation of the investment project "Development of industrial park "Kamsky Glades" which will allow to lower unemployment rate was discussed and to raise a population standard of living in Kamsky Glades.

The federal law of November 2, 2013 No. 292-FZ "About modification of the Federal law "About accounting" made changes to an order of conducting accounting by subjects of small business. Now to all subjects of small business (irrespective of a taxation mode) the right to apply the simplified system of conducting accounting, including submission of the simplified accounting reports is granted.

The ministry of youth affairs, sports and tourism of the Republic of Tatarstan together with Regional youth social movement of young scientists and experts of the Republic of Tatarstan and public organization "Academy of Creative Youth of the Republic of Tatarstan" holds the Republican youth forum – 2013. The forum is held annually and is the central discussion platform for youth of the Republic of Tatarstan within which any young man and team can present and defend the project, find adherents for its realization and get public and state support.

Representatives of the state unitary enterprises and economic societies of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in a training seminar on a subject: "The theory and practice of the organization of purchases within implementation of the Federal law of 18.07.2011 No. 223-FZ "About purchases of goods, works, services by separate types of legal entities". Rules of work in information and purchasing system 223.agzrt.ru and on trading floor 223etp.zakazrf.ru", passed on November 13, 2013 in the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan. The program of a seminar included speeches of representatives State Unitary Enterprise Agency by the State Order, Investment Activity and Interregional Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan of Vladimir Aksenov and Natalya Gritskikh, the representative of Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service in the Republic of Tatarstan Dinar Shaydullov, and also answers to audience questions.

Within implementation of the resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan of 06.09.2013 No. 642 "About the statement of the Order of coordination and making decision on granting the investment tax credit in the Republic of Tatarstan" the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov is signed the order on the statement of a form of the Contract on the investment tax credit.

On November 14-15, 2013 in Novosibirsk the I international Forum of technological development "Tekhnoprom-2013" devoted to questions of ensuring global technological leadership of the Russian economy in conditions of "The sixth technological way" will take place. The subject I of the international Forum of technological development of "Tekhnoprom-2013" – "The sixth technological way", – is connected with begun global transition of economy to the new stage, being characterized sharp decrease in power consumption and a material capacity of production and a wide circulation of designing of materials with in advance set properties. The international Forum of technological development of "Tekhnoprom-2013" is a national discussion and communication platform at which all interested parties take part in development of concrete decisions on achievement of technological leadership of the Russian economy.

On November 13 the next meeting of the working group of the Commission at the President of the Russian Federation on monitoring of achievement of target indicators of social and economic development of the Russian Federation, defined by the President of the Russian Federation took place . The structure of the working group of the Commission is approved by the order of the President of the Russian Federation of July 11, 2012 No. 302-rp. The head of the working group is the Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation Andrey Belousov, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov is a part of the working group also. Meetings of the working group are held regularly, once in two weeks. In total from the moment of creation of the working group 31 meetings in which the Republic of Tatarstan took active part are held.

217 settlements from 43 regions take part in the competition. 

217 rural settlements from 43 Tatarstan regions competed for the grants. According to the press service of Tatarstan Economy Ministry, 104 winners will receive 1 million rubles from the budget.

The settlements were assessed based on local self-government efficiency indicators: natural population increase, tax and non-tax revenue per capita, small and medium businesses per hundred citizens, bovine cattle population, new housing construction per capita, the share of hard coating roads, crime rate per hundred citizens.

The amount of grants per region was decided based on the rural population - two grants for the rural population below 22,000 people and three grants for regions exceeding this threshold.
Grants may be used for social infrastructure, beautification, sustainment venues or other socially important issues.

The enterprise to produce materials for oil and gas industry, car manufacturing and construction. 

Today, Rustam Minnikhanov, President of Tatarstan, took part in laying the cornerstone of 3M Volga factory in Yelabuga.

"Today, we are launching an important project as this factory's produce will be in high demand on Russian market. Or goal is to provide good conditions for construction, staffing and distribution. I would like to assure our investors that we will support their work in every way," - said Rustam Minnikhanov.

"The arrival of an investor such as 3M shows trust in Russia, the republic and Alabuga special economic zone. I hope it will be a mutually profitable collaboration," - pointed out Oleg Savelyev, Deputy Economic Development Minister of Russian Federation.
