For the purpose of increase of efficiency of public administration within execution of point 5 of the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of 25.12.2009 No. 1088 "About the uniform vertically integrated state automated information Management system" in the Republic of Tatarstan are held events for introduction of a regional segment of SAS Upravleniye. On November 15, 2013 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan training during which tools of system and possibility of its use are shown was provided.

On November 15, 2013 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the seminar "License check took place: questions, problems, interaction" representatives of business in the sphere of preparation, storages, processings and realization of scrap of ferrous, non-ferrous metals became which participants. Staff of department of licensing of the ministry took in detail up questions of license checks: planned, prelicense (documentary, exit), and also most often meeting problems and mistakes of applicants and licensees at submission of applications for obtaining licenses, and when passing the state license control.

On November 15, 2013 in Novosibirsk Plenary session of the I international Forum of technological development "Tekhnoprom-2013" devoted to questions of ensuring global technological leadership of the Russian economy in conditions of "The sixth technological way" took place. "The sixth technological way as a strategic vector of development of Russia" the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Rogozin, the Chairman of the board of JSC RUSNANO Anatoly Chubais, the Governor of the Novosibirsk region Vasily Yurchenko and others took part in Plenary session. In the performance the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Rogozin noted that 5% of the industry of the USA are in a stage of the sixth technological way while in Russia of 10% of the industry is at a stage of the fifth technological way, 50% for stages of the fourth technological way, the others at a stage of the third technological way.

On November 14, 2013 the president of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in work of the Supervisory Board of Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization Agency of Strategic Initiatives on Promotion of New Projects passing under the chairmanship of the President of Russia of Vladimir Putin. Within meeting questions of formation of favorable investment climate in regions of the Russian Federation, support and advance were discussed from Agency of strategic initiatives of new projects.

On November 14, 2013 at the International higher school of business (Moscow) the seminar "Discussion of offers on development of the State plan of preparation of administrative shots for the organizations of a national economy of the Russian Federation" took place. From the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan the responsible secretary of the Tatarstan regional commission on the organization of preparation of administrative shots Nail Madiyev participated in a seminar. Participants of a seminar were addressed by the head of department of complex questions of development of the human capital of Department of economy of social development and priority programs of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Alexey Bunkin, the acting as the director of "Federal Resource Center" Vladimir Danshin, the director general of the Moscow fund of training and assistance to development of innovative activity Igor Stolyarov

On November 15 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a session of Supervisory board of the Fund of assistance in development of venture investments in small research and technology enterprises, where Director General of Ak Bars Capital Aleksei Dorogov presented report on fund’s activity for 2012 and first half-year of 2013.

In particular, he told that the fund was founded in 2007 for 7 years, and its activity is based on state-private partnership.

On November 15, 2013 meeting of Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan under the budget, taxes and finance on which amendments to the bill "About the Budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014 and on Planning Period 2015 and 2016" were considered took place. The Prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Halikov, the vice-chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexander Gusev, the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan Radik Gayzatullin, the First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Sariya Siraziyeva, representatives of the ministries and republic departments took part in work of committee. In total to the draft of the republican budget arrived 371 amendments. After their study in profile committee, 353 amendments were submitted for today's meeting.

On November 14-15, 2013 in the International multimedia press center of RIA Novosti news agency passed the Cluster Summit’ 13: "Economy development with use of cluster technologies". This largest event of the federal scale, the economy of regions of Russia devoted to discussion where conditions for emergence of clusters, prospects of development and real results of creation of cluster forms in any spheres of economy were opened. We will remind, in 2012 the Kamsky innovative territorial and production cluster of the Republic of Tatarstan is included in the List of innovative territorial clusters approved by the Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan informs about modification in standard of administrative regulations of providing the municipal services "Issue of the Construction Licence, Reconstruction of Objects of Capital Construction" and "Delivery of Permission to Object Input in Operation". The term of rendering the services provided by regulations is reduced about eight working days. The term of the answer to interdepartmental inquiry is also reduced. Information messages about need to make corresponding changes to administrative regulations of providing municipal services are sent to local governments, and also published on the ministry website in the section "Administrative Reform, State and Municipal Services" (subsection "Changes Are Made to Standard Administrative Regulations of Providing the State and Municipal Services by Local Governments").
