Representatives of the state unitary enterprises and economic societies of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in a training seminar on a subject: "The theory and practice of the organization of purchases within implementation of the Federal law of 18.07.2011 No. 223-FZ "About purchases of goods, works, services by separate types of legal entities".
