The multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services are created for rendering the state and municipal services by the principle of "one window", ensuring availability and comfort for citizens at the request for services, increases of satisfaction of the population with rendering services in general. Today 48 MPS work in republic   which are created in all municipal areas of the republic, Kazan (3 MPS) and Naberezhnye Chelny. It makes 484 windows of reception of applicants (in Atninsky area work of construction the new building for placement of Federal Registration Service and MPS comes to the end). Besides, 132 remote windows of reception in rural settlements of 19 areas carry out reception on municipal services.

Within development of the project of Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan for the period till 2030 on October 25, 2014  a design session "Prospects of Development of the Almetyevsk Economic Zone" on the basis of a design platform "Development of the Almetyevsk economic zone" took place in Almetyevsk. Representatives of the profile ministries and departments, scientific and educational institutions, enterprises and municipalities entering agglomeration took part in action. The main tasks of design session were elaboration of strategic vision and study of priorities of strategic development (key measures) of development of the Almetyevsk economic zone.

The export support center of the Republic of Tatarstan suggests businessmen to visit a seminar on English "Business Vocabulary for marketing" (Lexicon for business. Marketing).

The seminar will take place on October 30, 2014 from 10.00 till 17.00. Address: Kazan, Pushkin St., 18, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan. Participation in a seminar is free. Quantity of places is limited.

On October 25, 2014 at the Kazan (Volga) federal university organizational meeting of a new set of listeners of the Presidential program of preparation of administrative shots for the organizations of a national economy took place. For young managers action became the beginning of 2014/2015 academic years. In total 168 people started the  training. The director of Institute of management, economy and finance of K(V)FU Nailya Bagautdinova and the responsible secretary of the Tatarstan regional commission on the organization of preparation of administrative shots managing sector of an assessment of the regulating influence and training for economy of the Ministry of Economy of Tatarstan Nail Madiyev took part in meeting.

The resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of October 13, 2014 No. 1047 according to point 2 of part 3 of article 19 of the Federal law of April 5, 2014 No. 44-FZ "About contract system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" approved the general requirements to definition of standard costs on ensuring functions of government bodies, governing bodies of the state off-budget funds and municipal bodies. The specified requirements are applied when determining standard costs on ensuring functions of government bodies, governing bodies of the state off-budget funds and municipal bodies for the justification of object and (or) objects of purchase included in the plan of purchase.

At the initiative of Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on economy, investments and business in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan as authorized body on carrying out an assessment of the regulating influence, work on preparation of materials for carrying out examination of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan of September 29, 2012 No. 65-ZRT "About introduction in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan of patent system of the taxation" begins . That circumstance was the cause for carrying out examination that with introduction of provisions of this law the number of the businessmen using patent system of the taxation in the republic decreases. It can testify to inconvenience of its use or unprofitableness of such system of the taxation.

On October 22, 2014 the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan – the head of the department of support of business Rustem Sibgatullin handed Certificates on accreditation of subjects of small and average business  support infrastructure of the Republic of Tatarstan.  Six industrial platforms and one industrial park received certificates.

On October 23, 2014 the export support Center of the Republic of Tatarstan held a seminar for export focused subjects of small and average business on a subject: "Problems and prospects of development of the Russian enterprises in the conditions of Russia's accession to the World Trade Organization". The CEO of JSC International Technological Center, the associate professor of management and business activity of KNITU (KHTI), Cand.Econ.Sci. Zulfia Kadeeva acted as the teacher.

Within development of the project of Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan for the period till 2030 on October 23, 2014 design session "Prospects of Development of the Kamsky Economic Zone" on the basis of a design platform "Development of the Kamsky economic zone" took place in Naberezhnye Chelny. Representatives of the profile ministries and departments, scientific and educational institutions, enterprises and municipalities entering agglomeration took part in this action.

Within development of the project of Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan for the period till 2030 on October 21, 2014 in the Ministry of ecology and natural resources of the Republic of Tatarstan design session "Prospects of Territorial Development of the Republic of Tatarstan" on the basis of a design platform "Natural resources" took place. Representatives of the profile ministries and departments took part in action. Definition of the priority directions and prospects of development of territories of the republic taking into account preservation of natural resources and environmental protection, formation of complete vision of the project of the ecological zone "Volga and Kamsky Stream" in structure of spatial planning of the Republic of Tatarstan, and also specification of the purposes and tasks of the project became the main task of design session.
