During the period from October 20 to November 20, 2014 appears reception of competitive demands of subjects of small and average business of the Republic of Tatarstan for participation in competitive selection of subjects of small and average business of the Republic of Tatarstan for providing the state support in a form of subsidies to residents of industrial platforms of municipal level of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Meeting of a contest committee within the second stage of competitive selection of subjects of small and average business of the Republic of Tatarstan for providing the state support in a form of subsidies within action "Development of leasing of the equipment: subsidizing of costs of subjects of small and average business of payment of the first contribution (advance payment) under the contract of leasing of the equipment (LIZING-GRANT)" will take place  on October 21, 22, 23, 28, 29, and 30, 2014 to the address: Kazan, Moskovskaya St., 55, Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, room 429.

On October 16, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, who took part in parliament proceedings on budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015 and planned period of 2016-2017, said that the budget for 2015 should be approved in its draft form as of today. 

Addressing deputies of Tatarstan State Council, Ildar Khalikov noted that the draft budget of the republic have been drawn up based on parameters that significantly differ from current indicators. The draft budget for 2015 was planned according to a price of 100 US dollars per barrel and 37 roubles per dollar. The actual figures for today are less than 84 US dollars per barrel, and almost 41 roubles per dollar, respectively. However, Tatarstan Prime Minister noted that the main financial law must be accepted as soon as possible to ensure fiscal discipline and timely implementation of the budget. 

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan got the appeal of Corporate management department of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation about carrying out public discussion of the draft of the order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation "About the approval of requirements to the representatives of enterprise community, the self-regulating organizations of appraisers, an order of creation and work of such commission, the forms taken by the commission of documents who are a part of the commission on consideration of disputes on results of determination of cadastral cost"

According to point 4 of part 1 of article 93 of the Federal law of April 5, 2013 No. 44-FZ "About contract system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" purchase at the only supplier can be carried out by the customer in case of purchase of goods, work or service for the sum which isn't exceeding hundred thousand rubles at observance of restriction of annual volume of purchases.

On October 15, 2014 in the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation the meeting on development of the electronic catalog of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs took place. According to article 23 of the Federal law of April 5, 2013 No. 44-FZ "About contract system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" in uniform information system in the sphere of purchases provided maintaining this catalog. Thus since January 1, 2017 the name of object of purchase is specified in the cases provided by the Federal law No. 44-FZ according to the catalog of goods, works and services.

Within performance of the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of August 7, 2014 No. 778 "About measures for implementation of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of August 6, 2014 No. 560 "About application of separate special economic measures for safety of the Russian Federation" the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS of Russia) plans to carry out close information exchange with producers and importers of agricultural production, raw materials and food, their professional associations.

On October 15, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a session of the Economic Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on creation and development of industrial parks and sites in Tyulyachi region, where he took part in opening of new production facilities in “Tyulyachi” industrial park.

Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Director of the Department of Small and Medium Business of Russian Ministry of Economic Development Natalia Larionova, representatives of ministries and agencies, heads of municipal regions, industrial parks and enterprises took part in the session.

On October 15, 2014 the meeting of Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on ecology, environmental management, agro-industrial and food policy at which deputies considered the forecast of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015-2017 and the bill of the budget of the republic for 2015 and planning period of 2016 - 2017 years took place. The vice-chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Yury Kamaltynov took part in work of committee. The deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Ayrat Shamsiyev acquainted with the forecast of social and economic development of the republic for 2015 and on planning period 2016 and 2017 of members of the committee.

On October 14, 2014 the First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Sariya Siraziyeva took part in the meeting devoted to the organization of work of the electronic catalog of production performed in the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting passed in the Ministry of Agriculture and the food of the Republic of Tatarstan. The electronic catalog was presented on September 12, 2014 at a meeting of Economic council at the Cabinet of Ministers the Republic of Tatarstan.
