On October 21, 2014 in the Ministry of transport and road economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting on a question of consideration of priority objects of road and transport infrastructure of the republic took place. As the initiator of meeting acted JSC Laboratory of Town-planning Planning which is carrying out researches on the "Spatial and Territorial Development of the Republic of Tatarstan" direction within development of Strategy of development of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2030.

The order of Federal Antimonopoly Service No. 390/14 established features of purchase of goods, works, the services by customers getting under action of the Federal law of July 18, 2011 No. 223-FZ "About purchases of goods, works, services by separate types of legal entities".

On October 22, 2014 the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov met the CEO of the French company "Arteres" Jean Francois Boisson. Heads of structural divisions of the ministry, the CEO of Fund of regional innovative projects of Association of innovative regions of Russia Andrey Kuptsov and the executive director of JSC Eidos-robototekhnika Lenar Valeev participated in a meeting.

A series of zone meetings on discussion of the bill of the Republic of Tatarstan "About the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015 and on planning period 2016-2017" and key parameters of the forecast of social economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan started. So, on October 21, 2014 the zone meeting with representatives of nine municipal areas of the republic passed in Visokogorsky municipal region of Tatarstan.

In pursuance of the minutes of Economic council at the Cabinet of Ministers the Republic of Tatarstan "About advance on the markets of producers of the Republic of Tatarstan" of 19.09.2014 No. IH-12-264  Agency by the State Order, Investment Activity and Interregional Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan subordinated to the Ministry of Economy developed the pilot version of the electronic catalog of production made in the Republic of Tatarstan (http://kp.agzrt.ru/). The electronic catalog represents information resource with data on production made in the republic.

On October 21, 2014 the next meeting of the working group of the Commission at the President of the Russian Federation on monitoring of achievement of the target indicators of social and economic development of the Russian Federation determined by the President of the Russian Federation under the chairmanship of the Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation Andrey Belousov took place. The Republic of Tatarstan during a meeting was represented by the Minister of Economy Artyom Zdunov.

On October 20, 2014 in Non-profit partnership "Kamsky Innovative Territorial and Production Cluster"  the meeting on discussion  the direction "Spatial and Territorial Development of the Republic of Tatarstan"  within development of Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2030 took place. Representatives of JSC Laboratory of a Gradoplanirovaniye, "Kamsky Innovative Territorial and Production Cluster" and JSC SCM Consult took part in meeting. The Ministry of Economy was represented by the head of territorial development department  Marat Gaynullin.

On October 21, 2014 in the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting of Committee on the budget, taxes and finance at which the forecast of social and economic development of the republic for 2015 and on planning period 2016 and 2017 was submitted  and the draft budget of the republic for 2015 was considered took place. Deputies generalized offers and remarks of participants of parliamentary hearings and members of profile Committees of parliament, and prepared the draft budget for consideration in the first reading.

The restrictions set by the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of August 7, 2014 No. 778 "About measures for implementation of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of August 6, 2014 No. 560 "About application of separate special economic measures for safety of the Russian Federation" won't extend on import to the Russian Federation of milk and dairy products without lactose.
